The location really stood out. It’s perfectly situated between the train station and downtown, making it easy to explore Bologna. The staff impressed me with their friendliness and willingness to help with my luggage. However, the room was a different story. It felt cramped, especially the bathroom. I couldn’t switch the AC to a cooler setting, which left me opening the window for fresh air. Unfortunately, this also meant dealing with a lot of street noise from the busy intersection outside. Breakfast options were underwhelming, making it tempting to eat out instead.

A significant chunk of paint fell from the bathroom ceiling, likely due to a plumbing issue, requiring me to clean it myself with a broom. The bed and bathroom in my single room felt cramped, making me feel larger than I should. Additionally, the air conditioning failed to cool down the room, forcing me to deal with street noise when I opened the window. Breakfast options were less than impressive.

Great location and very friendly staff made our getaway with friends really enjoyable. We loved having a kettle and fridge in our spacious room. Don't miss the Pliocene Contrafforte Natural Reserve and Azienda Agricola Martelli Winery for some fun activities nearby!

We did face an annoying noise issue from the climate system that made it hard for some in our group to rest comfortably.

The location is superb, with easy access to the train station and a short walk to the city center. The double-glazed windows effectively block street noise, providing a calm environment despite being close to many attractions.

Just a good match for a flying visit in Bologna with excellent value for money. The staff were really friendly, and they stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was a nice convenience. Grab a bite at the nearby shops instead of having breakfast at the hotel.
